The form tries to send your details to the business inbox. The message on the page will say whether the enquiry was accepted; that does not prove it reached the inbox. If sending is unavailable, nothing is sent automatically. You can copy your details or open an email draft, then check and send it yourself. Ask Kieran is an AI site guide, not Kieran personally: anything you type there is sent through this website’s server-side route to an AI service so it can prepare a bounded reply from the published site information. The final provider and how long it keeps messages still need to be confirmed before public launch. Please do not enter diagnoses, medical details or other unnecessary private information. A practical note such as “quiet mornings” is enough.
