Eligible customers aged 60 or over may receive 10%. One eligible service category may add 10%. Eligible installation work completed between 1 October and 31 March may add a further 10%.
Where age, one service category and the winter installation window all apply to the same written quote, the combined promotional saving can reach up to 30% from the same original eligible quote. Service categories do not stack with each other.

Can the service discounts be added together?+
No. Only one 10% service saving can be used. Veterans, serving personnel, NHS staff, active carers, and fire or ambulance staff are not separate service discounts that can be added together.
Can the cash price take the total above 30%?+
No. Any cash-price consideration remains inside the maximum 30% total saving and only applies when it is agreed in writing.
Is the winter saving automatic?+
No. It depends on the agreed installation window, safe weather and the ground on site, availability and the work included in the written quote.
Is the age 60 offer linked to State Pension age?+
No. The public offer uses a straightforward age 60 threshold so it does not need changing every time government pension-age rules change.
What is not included?+
Police staff are not included in the current offer. Eligibility, minimum job value, travel, exclusions and any final saving are confirmed in the written quote.
