This page explains the current offer rules. We keep the customer thank-you simple: customers aged 60 or over qualify for the age offer, while one eligible service category and eligible October–March installation can add the other two 10% components. The exact discount, eligible work and installation date are written into the quote before a deposit is paid.
01 / The headline
Up to 30%
when all apply.
The offers are taken from the same original eligible quote. They are not taken one after another, so the written quote shows the clear total. We keep the customer offer at 60+ so it remains a stable thank-you rather than tracking the Government’s changing pension-age rules. One eligible service or community offer can add 10%, and eligible winter installation can add another 10%. The quote will show the calculation.
Community or service offer
One 10% service saving is available to eligible veterans, currently serving personnel, NHS staff, active carers, and fire or ambulance staff. These categories do not stack with each other.
Winter installation
Available for eligible work installed between 1 October and 31 March, subject to the agreed dates, weather, the ground on site and availability.
All three
Where a customer aged 60 or over also qualifies for one service or community offer and has eligible work installed during the winter window, all three offers apply for a 30% saving from the same original eligible quote. Police staff are not included in the current offer.

is the truth.
What the offer depends on
- A written quote must identify the customer, site, work included, eligible items, discount and total.
- A minimum job value may apply; this will be stated before agreement. Travel, unusual access, specialist ground work, third-party items and extras may be excluded.
- The 5% cash-price consideration is separate from the age, service and winter offers unless the written quote expressly says otherwise. Total promotional savings will not exceed 30%.
- The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively or combined with another promotion unless the written quote says so.
- Material substitutions, changes to the design, additional work and customer-caused delays may require a revised quote.
- Installation dates remain subject to safe weather, the ground on site, access and material availability. The winter offer does not require unsafe work.
- A deposit is only requested after the work included, payment stages, cancellation information and guarantee terms have been explained and agreed.
Important: promotions are not automatic. Eligibility, the work covered, payment method, minimum job value, availability and the final saving are confirmed in the written quote before booking. Police staff are not included in the current offer.
