If something within the written quote is not right, tell us promptly and we will inspect it and work with you to put any covered workmanship problem right. Work is booked when the agreement is accepted and the agreed deposit is paid, so both sides know what is happening.
Keep the paperwork
Your written guarantee and completion details belong with the agreement. Keep them somewhere safe in case you ever need to contact us.
02 / Proper installation matters
Price is only part
of the boundary.
For a normal 1.8m garden fence, post depth, hole size, ground condition, drainage, alignment and the way the concrete is finished all affect stability. A common UK starting point is around 600mm of post below ground, but the site, height, wind exposure and manufacturer guidance still decide the detail.
What the guarantee does not mean: it is not an insurance policy for storm impact, third-party damage, boundary disputes, alterations by others or normal material weathering. The exact coverage, exclusions and remedy are set out in the written agreement before work is booked.
